A branch of VIAM – Gelendjik center of climatic tests after the name of G.V.Akimov was inserted into the net of climatic tests stations Atlas Material Testing Technology LLC (ATLAS).

This event became one of the steps of realization of the Frame agreement between VIAM and ATLAS, signed on the 29-th of August 2013 by General director of VIAM, academician of RAS Evgeny Kablov and Sales Director of ATLAS Mikhal Kalik during the International Aerospace Show MAKS-2013.

Inclusion of GCCT VIAM into the international net of climatic tests is a visual evidence of ample opportunities of the Russian center, meeting the most up-to-date requirements and international standards for carrying out of climatic tests.

It will be recalled, that  ATLAS is an operator of the international net of climatic testing stations and manages a great number of grounds all over the world, where service are rendered on carrying out of different types of tests.  

It is planned, that at the nearest future Moscow center of climatic tests VIAM will be also inserted into ATLAS.
