On September 30, employees of the All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of Aviation Materials of the National Research Center “Kurchatov Institute” visited the Main Military History Museum of Russia – the Victory Museum.

They got acquainted with the exposition "Feat of the people", where one of the central places is given to the heroes of the rear. The contribution to the victory of the only workers of the
rear - thousands of ordinary citizens of the country, figures of science, medicine, culture, all those who selflessly worked for the good of the country in the difficult years of the Great Patriotic War is presented on three thousand square meters of museum space.

The employees of the institute were also presented with a “unique composition”, which has no analogues in domestic museum practice. The concept of the exposition is built on a combination of unique exhibits, special effects and scenery, recreated with amazing reliability.

The Victory Museum is the Main Military History Museum of Russia on the theme of the Great Patriotic War and World War II, one of the largest military-historical museums in the world, the
all-Russian research and cultural and educational center. Today, the museum is one of the leading institutions of resistance to attempts to falsify history, as well as the center of patriotic education
of new generations.

Alexander Leonov:

- I have been fond of history since childhood, including the history of the Great Patriotic War.  The Victory Museum has discovered new interesting facts for me about the events of those years. The quality of the exposition, detailing and presentation of the material of this excursion was at the highest level. I will recommend to all my friends to visit the museum.

Konstantin Dulnev:

- A visit to the exposition “Feat of the People” left a very strong impression. Elaborated in details expositions allow to move through time and understand how the Soviet people felt and what the Soviet people felt during the Great Patriotic War. The exposition is very large -scale, you can’t see all the details at a time, so I would like to return there again.

Natalia Yakusheva:

- The Victory Museum is a modern unique museum of the history of war, which tells about the feats of the Soviet people. The museum’s exposition is so close to reality that you involuntarily dip into the atmosphere of wartime, and 3D-installations and interactive expositions add realism to ongoing around events.

 - I remained completely enthusiastic over visiting the museum and the exposition of the "feat of the people." From the very beginning of the excursion, from the wall of the Brest Fortress, you are entered in the Age of Military time. A huge number of locations are striking in their realism, the scenery and exhibits are breathtaking. The excursion is accompanied by sound and video effects. And in some locations, real actors are involved! The exposition of the "feat of the people" really shocks its scale, immerses into times of the Great Patriotic War and helps to rethink at what price our ancestors defended our freedom.
