Employees of the All-Russian Scientific-Research Institute of Aviation Materials of the National Research Center «Kurchatov Institute» were trained under the program “Development of Managerial Competencies”.

Training was held in the training format. The goal was to develop competencies and skills, which would enable the employees to effectively plan and manage processes in teams, to contribute not only to their own continuous growth and to professional development of their employees, while increasing work efficiency maintaining positive workplace atmosphere.

During the training, the Institute staff (heads of laboratories, their deputies, heads of sectors and sites, as well as employees enrolled in the personnel reserve) participated in individual and group work, held discussions and did analysis of exercises.

The Human Recourses Department and the Training Center of the NRC “Kurchatov Institute” – VIAM took part in organizing the event. Olga Utochkina, trainer-consultant, head of projects for personnel development, conducted the training.
