October 18, 2013  the General director of the All-Russian scientific-research institute of aviation materials (VIAM), academician of RAS Evgeny Nikolaevich Kablov took part in the 17-th sitting of the commission on preparation of regular meetings of the Heads of the Governments of China and Russia. The meeting, that took place in Beijing was held by Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation, Chairman of VPK Dmitry Olegovich Rogozin and Vice-premier of the State Council of PRC Wang Yang .

As IA «Xinhua» informs, Wang Yang noted, that for the Chinese side the main priorities are an extension of volumes of bilateral trade, a support of chinese companies in increasing of their investment in Russia, expansion of cooperation in the field of high technologies, astronautics, nuclear power engineering and other fields. China propose again to carry out work in the field of «joint investigations and development of wide-bodied passenger liners and heavy helicopters», and also is ready to promote an acceleration « of rates of trans-frontier infrastructure» building.A cooperation in agricultural sphere is planned by PRC and also a help for development of bilateral collaboration in more spheres and on higher level. 

Dmitry Rogozin noted, that «China is the most important strategic partner of Russia». «The Russian side made a practical cooperation with China the priority direction of its international policy», – he stressed. According to the Russian vice-premier, the Government of Russia «welcome an active expansion of Chinese investment in Russian economics and cooperation in frames of large contracts».
