A bench for tests of ship reinforcing elements made of shipbuilding steel under conditions of moving sea water was recently delivered to the G. V. Akimov Gelendjik climatic testing center (branch of VIAM).

Sergey Panin, the chief of GCTC, informed «the tests will be carried out under the contract between FSUE “VIAM” and Central Research Institute of Structural Materials "Promethey". “The bench will be installed and commissioned soon, then we plan to begin tests”, - he emphasized.
