Training center of the All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of Aviation Materials (NRC “Kurchatov Institute” – VIAM) starts a new program of advanced professional education “Technologies of maintenance of PCM products”. This program will be carried out based on the Ulyanovsk scientific and technological center.   

The training considers the types of defects/damages of the PCM structures, reasons of their appearance and technologies of their repair as well as equipment and jigs, fixtures and tools for repair works.

The program is designed for specialists of defense enterprises, aerospace, machine industry and all others whose activity is connected with materials science and materials’ properties studies. The lessons will be held by the leading research engineers and specialists of the NRC “Kurchatov Institute” – VIAM in the classrooms, laboratories and at workshops fitted out with the most advanced equipment.
