An enlarged meeting of the Council of the Association of State Research Centers (SRC) "NAUKA" took place on July 15, 2013 at the All-Russian scientific-research institute of aviation materials (VIAM). 

Preparation of the conference devoted to the 20th anniversary of the issue of the Decree of the President of Russia «About creation of the state research centers of the Russian Federation» was discussed.

According to the plan, the conference named as «The state research centers – the 20 years path of the innovative development» will be carried out on November 20, 2013 at VIAM. Heads of SRCs of the Russian Federation, representatives of executive power, legislature and scientific community will take part in the event.
