On July 25^th the futsal qualifying competitions of the “Mosprom” Spartakiad took place at the “Krasnaya Presnya” stadium. 

The team of the All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of Aviation Materials (VIAM) held five matches. With a 2:1 score our team beat the team of the JSC “Academician A.L.Mints Radiotechnical Institute”, with a minimal 1:0 score beat the MMBP “VPERED”, won the State Space Corporation “Roscosmos” team (2:0) and outplayed the PJSC “NPO Impuls” with a 2:0 score. The match with the team of JSC "NPO Energomash"  ended with our team’s lopsided victory with a 4:0 score.

Following the results of the qualifying competition VIAM team won the first place.

It is necessary to add that at the very same day there was held a hockey Spartakiad group stage. In the second play of the tournament VIAM won the victory over PJSC “ALMAZ R&P Corp.” – LEMZ with a 14:1 score. Our next competitor is JSC FCS&HT “SNPO “Eleron” (the play will be held on August 1^st).

“Mosprom” Spartakiad is a complex competition between the employees of industrial facilities and the students of capital specialized institutes. The department of Investment and Industrial Policy of Moscow is the organizer of the Spartakiad.. The second “Mosprom” Spartakiad is held in eight disciplines: except for the futsal, streetball, volleyball, ping-pong, track and field athletics and chess included into the program earlier, there were also added two new kinds of sport – hockey and boxing.
