On February 26, 2013 academician of RAS Evgeny N. Kablov, General Director of All-Russian scientific-research institute of aviation materials (VIAM) took part in the meeting which was devoted to the present state and perspectives of development of aviation engine building. The event was held by Dmitry A. Medvedev, the Prime Minister of the RF in the Research center of the Central Institute of Aviation Motors.

Dmitry O. Rogozin, Deputy Prime Minister of Russia, Chairman of the Military-industrial commission, Denis V. Manturov, head of Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, heads of the ministries and departments concerned and also representatives of state corporations, branch companies and higher education institutions took part in the meeting.
