On June 28^th the Gala concert took place in the All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of Aviation Materials to mark the 87^th anniversary of establishment of VIAM.

Evgeny Kablov the Director General, Academician of RAS congratulated the VIAM employees on this holiday while starting off the concert: “For all these years VIAM has been on the tip of the national science and today our Institute is the greatest center of material science. The Institute team has made its tremendous contribution to the development of the national industry and securing the defense capacity of our country. We are proud of our history. We honor the traditions settled by the founders of our Institute. I believe that without this very basis we cannot move forward.”   

The concert was quite colorful – it was organized by the employees of VIAM. They managed to make an outstanding and heartwarming presentation of the past and the present of the Institute in their acts.
