On January 28, 2013 academician of RAS professor Evgeny N. Kablov, General Director of All-Russian scientific-research institute of aviation materials took part in the meeting of the Council at the President of the Russian Federation on science and education which member he is.

The program of basic scientific researches of the Russian Federation for a long-term period (2013-2020), results of consideration of competitors for the Award of the President of the Russian Federation in the field of science and innovations for young scientists for the year 2012 were considered and recommendations of candidates for the Award were suggested at the event.

The meeting took place at the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation.
