On January 21, 2013 General Director of VIAM, academician of RAS, professor Evgeny N. Kablov took part in the first session of the Council of guardians of the Russian Fund of perspective research which was chaired by Dmitry O. Rogozin, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation. Personnel issues were considered during the session.

It is a reminder that Evgeny Kablov joined the Council of guardians of Fund of perspective research as representative of the President of the Russian Federation in accordance with Decree of the President of the Russian Federation №1714 dated December 29, 2012.

The Fund of perspective research was founded in October last year. It’s main objective is “to facilitate implementation of those scientific research and developments in the interests of the country defense and security of the state which related to high degree of risk in achievement of qualitatively new results in military-technical, technological and social and economic spheres, including modernization of Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, development and creation of innovative technologies and production of advanced technology products for military, special and dual designation”.
