December 14^th, 2018 a high-profile government award ceremony for the factory workers took place in the Awards Hall of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.

According to the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation Evgeny N. Kablov, the Director General of the All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of Aviation Materials (“VIAM”), Academician of RAS was awarded with the Order of Alexander Nevsky.

The Head of “VIAM” was presented with high national award by Minister for Trade and Industry Denis V. Manturov.

It is necessary to mention that Evgeny V. Kablov was honored with Order of Alexander Nevsky for his great contribution to strengthening the defense capability of the country and his lasting dedicated work.

Order of Alexander Nevsky is awarded for the remarkable personal merits to the Fatherland in field of state-building, lasting dedicated work and high results achieved in line of duty to strengthen the Russian global stature, defense capability of the country, development of economics, science, education, culture, arts, healthcare, etc.
