On November 27, 2012 deputy General director of VIAM , Candidate of Engineering Sciences Olga G. Ospennikova took part in the meeting of Interstate coordination council for cooperation between the Russian Federation and the Ukraine  in the field of aero-engine production,  which took place at gas turbine production SIC «Salut».

By the results of the meeting she noted, that « a cooperation of Russia and Ukraine on creation of aero-engines is a pledge of social-economic development of two countries, insurance of their defense potential and compatibility on the world market».Olga Ospennikova emphasized, that «VIAM makes a large enough  contribution to this cooperation also».

On this very day she visited a grand event, organized by a representation of JSС «Motor Sich» (Ukraine) in Moscow, devoted to the 20-th anniversary of signing the first Interstate agreement of cooperation in aero-engine production between Russia and Ukraine. «This substantial document in truth became a base for the activity on creation of new aero-engines, allows to adjust mutually beneficial deliveries of necessary products and also to organize a repair and maintenance of aeronautical engineering», - noted Olga Ospennikova in this connection.
