On May 7, 2018, the solemn inauguration ceremony of the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir V. Putin was held.

Academician of RAS, Evgeny N. Kablov, Director General of the All-Russian Scientific-Research Institute of Aviation Materials (VIAM), among the guests of honor, visited the inauguration ceremony of the President of RF, which took place in Andreevsky Hall of the Grand Kremlin Place.

In the March elections, 76,7% of voters or 56.43 million people casted their votes for Vladimir Putin.  It should be noted, that Director General of VIAM was a well-trusted member of the elected Head of State during the election campaign.
