The Testing Center of the All-Russian Scientific-Research Institute of Aviation Materials (VIAM) has approved the compliance with requirements to perform tests of products, planned to be supplied to PJSC “Transneft”.

The Research and Development Institute for Oil and Oil Products Transportation (“NII Transneft) has extended the term of TC VIAM to be in the register of testing laboratories (centers), based on successful results of inspection in a part of mechanical tests of base metal and welded pipe joints as well as pipe line fittings.

It should be noted, that the inspection of “NII Transneft” took place on December 12, 2017, during which check of testing equipment and measuring tools, permission and internal documentation, operational documentation for testing equipment as well as high qualification of employees were carried out.
