On May 30, 2017, a meeting of the Technical committee №182 “Additive technologies” was held at the All-Russian Scientific-Research Institute of Aviation Materials (VIAM).

Information on the program for development of national standards for 2017 and proposals on forming standardization program for 2018 were discussed. Besides, the participants of the meeting discussed issues of including new organizations in the structure of the Technical Committee.

It should be noted, that Rosstandart confirmed the first two national standards in the field of additive technologies, which were developed within the framework of the Technical committee on standardization “Additive technologies”.

The Technical committee №182 “Additive technologies” was established by an order of Rosstandart № 1013 of 1 September, 2015. A secretariat of TC was formed at the basis of VIAM. Cand. of Sc.(Tech.) Olga G. Ospennikova, Head of scientific-research bureau of VIAM «Heat-resistant cast and wrought alloys and steels, protective coatings for GTE components» and Aleksey V. Dub, the first deputy Director General of JSC “Science and innovations” are co-chairmen of the Technical committee.
