On April 11, 2017, representatives of Mishra Dhatu Nigam Limited (MIDHANI) visited the All-Russian Scientific Institute of Aviation Materials (VIAM). MIDHANI is the largest metallurgical enterprise in India, specializing in manufacturing special metals and alloys.

The Indian delegation was headed by Dinesh Kumar Likhi – Chairman of Board of Directors and General Director of MIDHANI.

During the presentation, new materials, technologies and equipment, developed at VIAM were demonstrated to the Indian party. The representatives of MIDHANI paid great attention to casting technology of GTE and GTU parts, powder technologies, repair and remanufacturing techniques of details, waste recycling.

Mishra Dhatu Nigam Limited (MIDHANI) is the state enterprise, located in Hyderabad. It produces more than 100 grades of metals and alloys, including titanium and titanium-magnesium alloys, special steels, nickel alloys, titanium bars and titanium rolled metals, magnets, engines and rotors. The products of the enterprise are widely used in power, aviation, space, chemical and other high-technology branches of the Indian industry.
