On April 3-7, 2017, representatives of the leading domestic enterprises attended advanced training courses on the program “Additive manufacturing technologies of parts from metallic materials, synthesized by the method of selective laser melting” at the All-Russian Scientific-Research Institute of Aviation Materials (VIAM).

Within the training, the specialists of JSC “Kamov”, JSC “Mil Moscow Helicopter Plant”, JSC “Stupino Metallurgical Company” got acquainted with scientific-research and production base of the institute. In particular, they examined additive production of full cycle, organized at VIAM.

At the same time, the specialists from FSUE “Lavochkin Association”, JSC “Vyatka machine-building enterprise “AVITEK”, JSC “Mil Moscow Helicopter Plant” took training in “Non-metallic composite materials of new generation” and “Methods of electron microscopy for study of structure and properties of materials”.
