On March 18, 2017, employees of the All-Russian Scientific-Research Institute of Aviation Materials (VIAM) took part in the celebration of the third anniversary from the reunification of the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol with the Russian Federation. 

Thousands of people gathered together on Universitetskaya square in front of the Moscow State University on Sparrow Hills (Russian: Vorobyovy Gory). Politicians, public figures and local celebrities appeared on the stage before them. Denis Maydanov, Sergey Trofimov, Eugenie Kungurov, the following groups: “Lyube”, “Gradusy”, “Fabrika”, Turetsky Choir Art Group, Valeria and others participated in the holiday concert.  

The rally-concert on Sparrow Hills was held within the framework of the festival “Spring”, organized by representatives of student organizations of the capital universities and with support of the Government of Moscow.

It should be noted, that the rally-concert is annually held on the 18^th of March in honor of the reunification of the Crimea with Russia. The celebration is timed to the date of signing by Vladimir Putin the agreement on entering the Crimea into the Russian Federation in 2014.
