Academician of RAS, Evgeny N. Kablov, Director General of the All-Russian Scientific-Research Institute of Aviation Materials (VIAM) awarded a letter of commendation from Vsevolod A. Timofeev, Prefect of the Eastern Administrative District of Moscow.

 The Leader of VIAM is honored with the Commendation for active involvement in implementation of social project to improve the territory of comprehensive secondary school №6 in Yalta, the Republic of Crimea.

It should be noted, that VIAM and labor union organization of the institute transferred the funds to the Yalta school in August, 2016. The assistance was organized in accordance with the agreement of friendship and cooperation between Sokolinaya Gora District of Moscow, where the second territory of VIAM is located and Yalta. The agreement contributes to the strengthening and development of interregional relations in the fields of trade and economy, science and engineering, culture and sport, education and health, tourism and environment, housing and communal services.
