On September 15, 2016, an inspection to acknowledge TC VIAM was held by the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping at the Testing Center (TC) of the All-Russian Scientific-Research Institute of Aviation Materials.

In the course of the visit, a check of quality management system, testing and measuring equipment, permission and internal documentation of compliance with register regulations was carried out.

Vladimir G. Zaidel, Leader of Moscow division of Baltic branch of the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping shared his impressions of the Testing Center of VIAM:

“In my opinion, the infrastructure of the Testing Center surpasses other organizations. I would like to emphasize the high level of fitting with the modest equipment. And the most important thing is that young highly professional specialists work here. Taking this into account, TC VIAM solves a wide range of tasks. Tests of this Center can be in demand not only in aviation industry, but also in shipbuilding”.
