On July 8, 2016 a working meeting was held at the All-Russian Scientific-Research Institute of Aviation Materials (VIAM), at which its participants discussed a project of the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation “On the Strategy of scientific-technological development of the Russian Federation for a long period”, prepared by the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia.

Academician of RAS, Evgeny N. Kablov, Director General of VIAM, Chairman of the Council of the Association – President of the Association of state scientific centers and Sergey Yu. Matveev, deputy Director of Department of science and technologies of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia, as well as leaders and representatives of the state scientific centers of the Russian Federation took part in the meeting.

It should be noted, that the state scientific centers actively participate in the discussion of the Strategy. The Association is being received proposals and comments, on the basis of which a generalized response to the Ministry of Education and Science will be prepared.
