On December, 28, 2015 a traditional New Year`s show for children and grandchildren of VIAM`s employees was held at the All-Russian Scientific-Research Institute of Aviation Materials.

The children were expected a varied and broad program with interesting contests, draws, jolly quizzes and also with participation of Father Frost (Ded Moroz in Russian) and Snow Maiden (Snegurochka in Russian) in the foyer of large conference-hall.

Results for a contest “New year toy made with own hands” were summarized and winners were awarded certifications and memorable gifts.

Evgeny N. Kablov Academician of RAS, Director General of VIAM, Vladimir G. Dvoryashin, Chairman of the trade union committee and Aleksey M. Smirnov, Chairman of the Council of young specialists and scientists of VIAM addressed the children and their parents with a congratulatory message. They wished the audience good mood, luck and health in the New Year.

“New Year`s show has been held at VIAM for the fifteenth time, and this event is very important for all our big and friendly staff”, - Evgeny Kablov pointed out. He also called the children to love their Homeland, learn and read the history of Russia and keep glorious traditions of our ancestors.

Besides, Director General of VIAM held a contest of riddles for the young guests, and the winners received memorable gifts.

 Then artists of the Moscow Theater of Russian Drama presented a performance “A secret of a lost mitten” to the young guests.
