In particular, at the stand of VIAM, the General Director of the Institute, Academician Evgeny Kablov has reported to the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Rogozin on some promising developments of VIAM to create a new generation of materials and the development of additive technology, which, according to him, are a key focus of the domestic industry. In particular, Evgeny Kablov has informed regarding the joint work with JSC "Aviadvigatel" on the implementation of additive technologies in the aircraft engines production, as well as the use of powder formulations, developed in VIAM, in additive manufacturing.

Dmitry Rogozin has highly evaluated the development of the institute and emphasized the special role of materials and additive technologies for the evolution of Russian industry to new technological waves.
