On December 3 – 4, 2013 the All-Russian research institute of aviation materials (VIAM) held the III All-Russian Conference on Test and Research of Material Properties  “TestMat -2013”.

 Leading scientists from VIAM and other industrial institutions took floor at the conference to report about research and testing of non-metal materials covering the following subjects:

• spectral, chemical and analytical researches;

• study of thermophysical properties;

• physical and mechanical tests;

• non-destructive testing methods;

• study of climatic and microbiological resistance and fire safety of non-metal materials;

• study of acoustic, radio-engineering and electric properties of materials.
