Academician of RAS Yuri V. Tsetkov reported at the meeting of Presidium of Scientific-Technical Council of the All-Russian scientific-research Institute of Aviation Materials (VIAM) on December 16, 2013. Subject of his report was researches aimed at creation of new generation of nano-structured heavy tungsten alloys and components.

Besides that Yuri Tsvetkov told about his teacher – Academician of USSR AS Nikolay N. Rykalin and also about researches and scientific developments of Institute of Metallurgy and Material Science named after A.A. Baikov of RAS (IMET RAS) in the field of nano-powders production, plasma powder technologies as well as their introduction and prospective application.
