On September 23rd the VIAM employees were awarded at the presidium meeting of the Science & Technology Council of the All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of Aviation Materials.

Olga V. Yakusheva, the Deputy Head of department “Scientific and technical support of the federal special-purpose programs of the military-industrial complex”, Nataliya A. Dulkina, the head of the department “Science & Technology Council and Academic Council support” and Vladimir N. Savenkov, the metals and alloys furnace operator of the 6th grade were awarded with the Certificates of Appreciation of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.    

Andrey I. Naimushin, the deputy head of the Laboratory of metallic composite materials was awarded with the title of “Honorary Aircraft Constructor”.  Machine Builder

Sergey A. Budinovsky, the deputy manager of the Laboratory of surface technologies and protective coatings for metallic materials division was awarded with the title of “Honorary Machine Builder

Olga A. Bazyleva, the deputy head for science of the Laboratory of heat-resistant nickel-based alloys and Elena N. Moryganova, the head of division of the Laboratory of ceramic composite materials, antioxidizing coatings and heat-resistant enamels were awarded with the I.I. Sidorin gold medals.  

Evgeny N. Kablov, the Director General of VIAM and the Academician of RAS congratulated the institute’s employees and wished them continued success in their future professional endeavours.
