From 11 to 20 of December, 2018 the employees of the All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of Aviation Materials (heads of laboratories, lab assistant heads, heads of sections and divisions) have completed training for “management skills developme nt”.

The studies were held in the form of training. The purpose of the course was to develop competencies and skills that would help to plan and manage the processes efficiently, lead employees, manage work time and keep positive workplace.

During the course every employee took part in individual and team activity, discussions and exercises overview. The duration of studies was 16 hours.

Human Resources office and VIAM Training Centre took part in organization of the event. The training was held by the “RQLab” specialist.
