On July 14, 2016, a delegation of the Republic of Cuba got acquainted with the possibilities of the Center in the course of the visit to G.V. Akimov Gelendzhik Climatic Testing Center (GCTC of VIAM).

Minerva Sanchez Llull, Director of Cienfuegos Center for Climatic Researches and Carlos Alberto Mendes Garcia, Specialist of International Relations Department of the Cuban Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment viewed the atmospheric testing ground and visited a number of laboratories.

The specialists of the Center introduced the guests with the samples of materials and construction elements, exposed in the open air.

It should be noted, that Cienfuegos Center for Climatic Researches (Centro de Estudios Ambientales de Cienfuegos, CEAC) is the subordinate organization of the Cuban Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment. It is the leading scientific organization, which solves application ecological tasks based on fundamental researches.
