The Ministry of Education and Science prepared complex analysis on dynamics of main effectiveness measures of State Scientific Centers for 2015.

It took into account financial indicators of organizations, staff and material-technical support, commercialization of scientific researches and developments, international cooperation as well as carrying out of expert activities in the field of Research and Development (R&D).

Following the assessments of the integrated indicators of 43 organizations with the status of SSC, the following rating was made: “Organizations-leaders”, “Stable scientific organizations”, “Organizations with low effectiveness”.  

Due to combinations of indicators the All-Russian Scientific-Research Institute of Aviation Materials (VIAM) included into the first category “Organizations-leaders”.

It should be noted, that VIAM is a leader upon the indicators such as member of specialists under the age of 39 years (63,2%), creation of intellectual property as well as commercialization.
