On March 18, 2016 representatives of the All-Russian Scientific-Research Institute of Aviation Materials took part in a festival rally “We are together!”, timed to the second anniversary of reunification of the Crimea with the Russian Federation.

Gennady Zyuganov, Leader of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation (CPRF), Vladimir Zhirinovsky, Leader of the Liberal Democratic Party of Russia (LDPR), Sergey Mironov, Leader of the fraction “A Just Russia”, Sergey Neverov, deputy Leader of the fraction “A United Russia”, representatives of public organizations as well as people of culture and art spoke at the meeting, which was held on the Vasilevsky Spusk.

Besides, Dima Bilan, Larisa Dolina, Valeria, Iosif Kobzon, Zara, pop music groups as follows: “A-studio” “Gorod 312”, “Zemlyane” and other famous Russian singers took part in the gala-concert.

It should be noted that the Crimea was given the official status of autonomous republic and it became a part of the Russian Federation as a subject two years ago. Within the framework of a referendum, 97% of residents of the peninsula voted for the reunification of the Crimea with the Russian Federation.

On March, 21, 2014 an extraordinary general meeting, at which employees of the institute expressed their support to the President of Russia for the reunification of the Crimea, was held. An appropriate address was adopted by the general voting and sent to Vladimir Putin.
