The All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of Aviation Materials (“VIAM”) provided help to the reginal libraries as part of the held charity event.

Classical fiction, Russian history and military-patriotic books by Soviet and Russian writers have been purchased for the libraries of the Chuvash and Udmurt Republics, the Arkhangelsk, Kirov, Astrakhan and Vologda Regions (180 addressees in total).

Besides, the books published by the Institute have also been sent. These are the scientific monographs, history of science and fiction documentary works by famous scientists of material engineering.

It is necessary to note, that this year during the charity event more than 25,000 books have been sent to schools and libraries.
