On August 8, 2013 Candidate of Economic Sciences Pavel Lunin, deputy director general (finance and economy) of the All-Russian scientific-research institute of aviation materials, took part in the meeting of the Moscow government with the heads of industrial enterprises of the Central administrative district of Moscow. 

The meeting was held by Andrey Sharonov, acting as the deputy mayor of Moscow on economic policy at the Research and development institute of natural and synthetic diamonds and tools (JSC VNIIALMAZ). The heads of the executive authorities of the capital, representatives of the Moscow Duma, public organizations and associations also took part in the meeting. 

As Pavel Lunin reported, «the current state and prospects of the development of economics of the capital, measures to support the industry of the Central administrative district of Moscow by the Moscow Government and also some aspects of implementation of the economic policy of the Moscow Government into the industry were discussed during the meeting».
