Representatives of FSUE “VIAM” took part in the International industrial exhibition – Hannover Messe , which was held on April 8-12, 2013 in Hannover, Germany and was devoted to innovative developments.
During the exhibition the employees of VIAM discussed with colleagues the experience and prospects of international scientific and technical cooperation in the field of implementation of innovative projects; they got acquainted with advanced technologies and the newest equipment, participated in seminars and Round Tables.
The Round Table «Russian-German cooperation in the field of development, production and application of composite materials» was held on April 8, where Cand. of Science (Tech.) Alexander Raskutin, chief of laboratory made the report «Composite materials of new generation: from basic and applied researches to industrial production», which caused the great interest of participants.
Following the results of the Round Table, Alexander Raskutin reported that «the leading Russian and German research centers and manufacturing companies shared their experience and discussed specific steps to stimulate the composite industry; also they got acquainted with basic and applied researches in the field of composite materials of new generation».
«Such aspects as implementation of basic and applied researches at development of PCM, foundation of the competence center of VIAM, research and application of PCM at creation of hi-tech products, innovative activities of the institute were mentioned in the report as well», - he emphasized.

Let's remind that «Hannover Messe» traditionally is a place of meeting of industrial leaders, developers, researchers and scientists representing advanced technologies and achievements in different branches of the industry, such as power engineering and transport, ecology, power- and resource-saving technologies as well. In 2013 Russia became the partner of the Exhibition and a number of largest regions, leading domestic industrial companies and research institutes took part in the Exhibition.
