By general opinion, the presented reports aroused a great interest owing to a scientific novelty and practical significance. Besides, many noted, that regular carrying out of similar subject conferences is of great importance for applied investigations in the field of corrosion protection.
By the results of the conference, a joint solution was taken.
The participants of the 3-rd International scientific-technical conference «Corrosion, ageing and biological resistance of materials in maritime climate» came to the following solutions:
- Without a creation of materials of the new generation and complex systems for protection of corrosion, ageing and biodeteriorations neither one of eight priority directions of science, technologies and engineering development in the Russian Federation, approved by the Decree № 899 of the President of the Russian Federation dated 07.07.2011 can be realized.
With regard for a basic role of materials of the new generation in the innovative development of industry to prepare an address to the President of the Russian Federation in the name of participants of the conference about a necessity to include the direction « Materials of the new generation and deep reprocessing of raw materials» into priority directions of science, technologies and engineering development in the Russian Federation.
- Climatic tests for ensuring of safety operation and for protection of corrosion, ageing and biological damages of materials, structures and complex technical systems in natural surroundings are an important constitutive part of «Strategic directions of the development of materials and technologies of their processing for the period until 2030» approved by Scientific-technical council of Military-industrial commission under the Government of the Russian Federation.
To consider it to be expedient to address to the Government of the Russian Federation with a proposal to approve «Strategic directions of the development of materials and technologies of their processing for the period until 2030» and to take them into account when forming of new state and federal programs for special purposes.
- In connection with increasing of aggressive influence of environmental surroundings on complex technical systems, increasing of a number of anthropogenic disasters it is necessary to develop natural deep-water sea tests of materials and components of structures and to create sea corrosion stations on the territory of the Russian Federation including the Republic of Crimea.
To note a necessity to create a national net of climatic testing centers in the Russian Federation involving foreign zones of sea tropical climate in the frames of «СМ-2025» new program events.
- G.V. Akimov Gelendjik Climatic Testing Center (GCTС of VIAM) is equipped with the most up-to-date testing and research equipment for carrying out of field and rapid climatic tests against Russian and foreign standards. It is a member of international net of climatic testing stations (ATLAS).
To support creation of a pavilion in GCTС of VIAM to simulate tropical climate for investigation of microbiological resistance of materials, and special-purpose beds to carry out shallow and deep-water tests of materials and complex technical systems structures in water areas of the Black sea.
- The standard documentation on climatic tests, valid in the Russian Federation became obsolete.
To note a necessity of revision and actualization of documentation, taking in account the foreign experience with the purpose to ensure the efficiency of means and methods of corrosion protection, ageing and biodeteriorations of complex technical systems during their storage and operation.
- Exposure of specimens on vessels and ships is an effective instrument for evaluation of sea climate influence on materials and structures.
To carry out these tests in the Russian Federation, it is necessary to support provision of a sea vessel and budget financing for exposure of materials and complex technical systems structures.
7. To note the high scientific and technical level of the international conference, presented reports and to recommend to hold the conference at GCTC of VIAM on a regular basis.
